We took the kids to SeaWorld for Hallowscream on Saturday. D and H were a big hit as a whale trainer and Shamu. They looked adorable. D even got to meet one of the trainers and get his picture taken with her. A lot of the attractions were closed down for the winter but we still had fun. We went through a maze where D screamed his head off. It was not even scary. D was upset because he wanted to ride more rides. So we are going to try Six Flags next time.

Mother Neff
We had another fun weekend! We took the kids to Mother Neff. It was a really nice day. Not hot and not too cold. My mom packed up enough food to feed a small army. So we had a really nice picnic after our hike. We walked to the tower, Indianan cave, and the wash pond. They have really started cleaning up the park so it is nice again. The hiking trails are really nice. We will be going back but may wait until H is more willing to walk. I got a great workout since I ended up carrying her half the time. The little girl is heavy when you have to lug her around. D did great he did not complain until the end and he even taught us a song to sing. It was great. Once we ate we let the kids play for a little bit then headed home. It has been really great to get to spend time together as a family just enjoying local stuff. I’m so glad the kids are at the age where they like doing this kind of stuff. I am really blessed to have such a great family!
